My Background Story
Like many who enter this field, my connection with this medicine was also deeply personal. My experience with PCOS and eczema in my early 20’s led me to search for lasting solutions beyond symptom management. These conditions required me to take a closer look at my daily habits and how they affected my hormones and overall well-being.
Through my own healing journey, I experienced firsthand the power of East Asian medicine. Applying its principles and seeing the results, reinforced my belief in the body’s ability to heal when given the right support. Over time, I came to understand that true wellness isn’t just about treating symptoms, it’s about strengthening the connection between the body, behavior, and nervous system. Acupuncture and herbal medicine have been incredible tools in facilitating this connection.
Now, both in my practice and my personal philosophy, I take a somatic centered approach to healing. By helping patients restore balance and reconnect with their bodies, I aim to support them in creating lasting, meaningful change in their health and well-being.
